HPP secures new care home with assisted living units at Cirencester

17 November 2015 | Planning Applications

Planning permission has been granted for the redevelopment of a site to provide a 64 bed care home, 8 care suites and 36 assisted living units, ancillary accommodation and associated works at Stratton Cirencester. The main issues relating to this case included the demolition of a non-designated heritage asset, scale, massing and overdevelopment of the site. The approved development replaces a dilapidated vacant building. The design of the building uses the existing level change across the site to ensure the new building works with the existing landscape.
