HPP secures planning permission for change of use of existing building from office (B1) to fertility clinic (D1)

HPP have secured planning permission for the change of use of an office to fertility clinic. The existing business is based at the Great Western Hospital, however their lease has come to an end and they must vacate the premises by 31st March 2016. The approved development allows for the relocation and expansion of an existing highly skilled business providing a valuable service within the Swindon Borough. Whilst the subject building is located within a key commercial area, the Local Planning Authority accepted HPPs argument that the use of the building as a clinic would would be akin to that of a small office with weekday operating hours. The provision of parking for staff and visitors also assisted in this case.

HPP secures permission for 2 contemporary homes at Harp Hill, Cheltenham

HPP has obtained planning permission for two new dwellings at Harp Hill Cheltenham on behalf of Savignac Developments Ltd.

Cheltenham Borough Council (CBC) accepted HPP's argument that the development would have an acceptable impact on the Cotswold Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and constituted a sustainable form of development. The design also received praise from Cheltenham?s Civic Society and CBC Officers who welcomed the contemporary chalet approach.
