HPP have secured planning permission for the change of use of an office to fertility clinic. The existing business is based at the Great Western Hospital, however their lease has come to an end and they must vacate the premises by 31st March 2016. The approved development allows for the relocation and expansion of an existing highly skilled business providing a valuable service within the Swindon Borough. Whilst the subject building is located within a key commercial area, the Local Planning Authority accepted HPPs argument that the use of the building as a clinic would would be akin to that of a small office with weekday operating hours.
