Erection of 16 units within Conservation Area and grounds of listed building.

Planning permission has been obtained for the demolition of modern agricultural units, and conversion of a farmhouse and barn to residential use comprising 16 dwellings in total at a village within the Stroud District. The site was particularly sensitive given its inclusion with the Cotswold AONB, its edge of village location, and listed building status. The application was presented before the Stroud Planning Committee where members applauded HPP and the developers for the extent of their community engagement.
