South Worcestershire planning permission obtained for 230 dwellings and associated works.

This site is identified in the South Worcestershire Development Plan for up to 250 units. It was argued that the site should be advanced due to the Council’s deficiency in 5 year housing land supply and that this development would contribute significantly to the provision housing and is a suitable location for development that would not have an adverse impact upon the landscape and visual amenity of the area; highway safety; surface water drainage and flooding.
